We have payment options;
- We do recommend payment via telegraphic transfer (TT) by bank which takes 2-3 working days for it to reflect.

Questions arising here;
- Can I change order details like quantity, date of shipment etc. once the order is booked and payment done?
Unfortunately, after a successful placement of the order, it will be hard to revise the details. Incase you want to change anything on your order, here are the options one can try;
- With the help of our customer care desk, feel free to ask for your amendment of the order or cancellation. You can also place a new order.
- Incase the order is still with us, not yet shipped, feel free to contact customer service to change or switch the details for you at your preference.
When the order is placed with us, we plan for the product as soon as we have confirmed every detail with you and agreed on everything. We then do our best to deliver everything requested by the client to the last details.
At times, events occur that may lead our clients to no longer need their order to be fulfilled. In such situations, cancellation is only accepted/ acceptable within 24 hours of or after purchase.
Shipping Returns
We Resyflowers export fresh flowers and we do not accept returns.
Should the product/ flower purchased from us (Resyflowers Limited) is faulty, damaged or defective, we will happily refund the purchase price using original payment method or try and exchange the products.
We as Resyflowers Ltd reserve the rights to have the product assessed for acceptance of quality prior to providing you with suitable remedies.
For you to claim this under (our refund and return policy), a valid receipt must be provided and make sure our team is notified within the 24 hours of purchase. The staff handling your issue will advise if there is need of returning the products back to us. In such case any cost incurred will be borne by you.
